Self-catering holiday accommodation in West Devon, ideally situated for exploring Dartmoor National Park, the north and south coasts, Plymouth, the Tamar Valley and Cornwall.
Two self catering holiday cottages on the northern edge of Dartmoor and only a 15 minute stroll up to one of Devon’s most famous landmarks, the 1100ft high, 13th century Brentor Church.
Situated at the end of a private drive and surrounded by lush countryside, this is the perfect destination to get away from it all and treat yourself to some rare ‘you’ time. In the summer relax in the private garden amidst a riot of colour and watch the fabulous sunsets enjoying the silence of the countryside. In winter, after a day exploring Dartmoor’s beauty put your feet up and unwind in front of the woodburning stove.
Five minutes in the car takes you to the National Trust beauty spot of Lydford Gorge or in the opposite direction to the thriving market town of Tavistock with its bustling Pannier Market and specialist local food shops.
For those wanting to travel further a field the cottages are a good base for exploring all of what Devon and Cornwall has to offer. These retreats are perfectly situated half way between the North and South Devon Coasts and only 5 miles from the border with Cornwall, meaning that such world renowned gardens as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within an hour's drive.
Sporting interests can also be catered for with off road cycle paths, pony trekking, golf and gliding all available nearby as well as the hills and valleys of Dartmoor to explore on foot.
We look forward to welcoming you to unwind within the peace and quiet of Dartmoor soon.
